As a wife, mother and complete foodie, I’ve always been interested in eating healthily and being active, to help me to feel better and get the most from life with my wonderful family.
My relationship with clean eating and fitness hasn’t always been what it is today. It’s easy to get taken in by fad diets and over-hyped products that claim to be the best thing since sliced bread and I’ll admit I succumbed to it along the way. Oops.
I wanted to feel at my best more often, so I started to educate myself about all things health and fitness. I was so pleased to discover a sustainable and positive way to be healthy and promote wellness that would even work for a sugar and carb addict like me.
Thanks to clean eating, I’ve managed to put the bread down and step away from the chocolate (it’s not as hard as it sounds, I promise!) I’m passionate about natural wholefoods and clean eating - think things that grow on trees or in the ground. This passion led me to wanting to know more so I started by undertaking a nutrition course and soon got hooked, later qualifying as a Certified Health and Wellbeing Coach so I could really help people from the inside out.
Knowing how well these changes have worked for me, I want to share my experiences, the good and the bad, recipes, helpful tips and even snippets from my day-to-day life, to give anyone who’s interested a helping hand in finding their own way. Inspiring others to start their clean-eating, wellness journey, and understanding how great this lifestyle and philosophy can be for you, is what I’m passionate about.
One thing I discovered along the way was Arbonne. Using pure, natural and botanical ingredients with amazing benefits, their products have helped me sustain the positive, healthy lifestyle I craved. I joined the team as an Arbonne Independent Consultant and I haven’t looked back since.
With more energy, a leaner body, boosted confidence and a passion for promoting wellness and clean eating, I decided to start this blog. I want to share my experiences with you, continue to grow my knowledge and keep focusing on my wellness while inspiring others to do the same and make positive changes to their lives. After all, it’s much easier to do these things and keep on the right track with a friend by your side and that’s what I hope you’ll consider me to be.
