Sitting in circle together, sharing a meditation practice, connecting with your inner voice, letting go of anything that doesn’t serve you and setting intentions for the month ahead. These are all elements of the cacao ceremonies that I am running each month.
On the New Moon and Full Moon I will lead cacao ceremonies with guided meditations for new beginnings, setting intentions, release and new awakenings. These will all be online events for the remainder of 2021.
