Affirmations are a great way to support release during a full moon. Theres my simple guide to using them for release.

Affirmations are positive statements that can help you to challenge and overcome self sabotaging or and negative thoughts. When you repeat them often, and believe them, you can start to make positive changes taking action to make them a reality in your day to day life. For best results they are best written down, looked at and read repeatedly, often multiple times a day.

Using affirmations that allow you to release can help with letting go of the feeling of needing to stay safe and small. They can also support you when you let old emotions trigger responses that keep you stuck. Let go of the sabotages, especially where you self sabotage and let go of the noise in your head that always makes you choose what is old and familiar so that you can begin to grow, evolve and transform into the person you were born to be.
