Gut healing

Is poor Gut health holding you back

Many areas of modern life such as high stress levels, too little sleep, eating processed and high-sugar foods, and taking antibiotics can all damage our gut microbiome. This in turn may affect other aspects of our health, such as the brain, heart, immune system, skin, weight, hormone levels, ability to absorb nutrients, and even the development of cancer.

There are a number of ways that you’ll spot an unhealthy gut but here are seven of the most common signs I see in clients on a regular basis:
Upset stomach – do you experience gas, bloating, constipation, diahorrea, or heartburn

Are you craving high-sugar foods and feel like you’re constantly on a sugar high or sugar low and need more

Have you noticed unintentional weight changes that you can’t account for

Do you regularly have a disturbances night’s sleep or experience constant fatigue

Do you suffer with skin irritation

Are you been diagnosed with an autoimmune condition

Do you have food intolerances that make eating out tricky and inhibit your ability to socialise

Is this you? If you’re experiencing any of these issues and would like help identifying the root causes and eliminating the problems I’m here for you.

How would it feel to really understand the foods that did and didn’t serve you and have freedom with food choices?

Imagine you knew the triggers for your poor gut health, constipation, bloating, diarrhoea, cramps etc. How empowering would this be?

Picture a social engagement arriving in your inbox and you feeling totally comfortable accepting it, knowing you will be confident with your food choices.

Visualise your day filled with energy, eating foods that support your gut health, mood and lifestyle.

Ali is passionate about working with women to ensure they realise these outcomes and enter each day making empowering food choices that support them for the long term.
