Want a snack that's a perfect pick me up but packed with nutritious ingredients too? You've just found it. These peanut butter banana cinnamon toasts are delicious - assuming that, like me, you love both bananas and peanut butter! I make these on gluten free toast but you could use a wholegrain bread instead if you're not gluten intolerant. Any good crunchy peanut butter works but I love Pip and Nut.
Makes 1 serving
- 1 slice Gluten free bread, toasted (or another wholegrain bread)
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter (no sugar or palm oil)
- 1 small banana, sliced
- Cinnamon to taste
- Spread toast with peanut butter and top with banana slices.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon to taste and enjoy.
