How to Survive a Long Haul Flight

I love travelling, it’s one of the reasons working for myself is so great. I really do get to plan my diary and take off when and where I like. He booked us into Browns Restaurant just around the corner and so we donned our festive frocks (well he didn’t but you know what I mean!) and off we went. We managed to get a parking space right outside the theatre and I spotted a man sitting on the street who was clearly homeless. While Mr H negotiated the payment system I stood and

Christmas tree shopping – the Ali Hutchinson way

It’s that weekend already – “what weekend?” I hear you say. The Christmas tree buying weekend, of course! Is it only me? Surely I’m not the only who has a Christmas Tree Buying ritual? I go with a 6ft tree in mind and the idea of a short pair of steps to affix the topper (angel, star, mushroom (don’t ask I was being creative!). Mr H, on the other hand wants the biggest tree they have, even if that means affixing it to the top of the car and
